I had a 2013 version load & it gave me problem. I went to get your 2019 version & managed to load it. But it would not run & it gave a message that the key has been used. I only loaded once & never used the key again. Till now I could not use especially I got someone to uninstalled the 2013 version. What should I do. I paid, load but cannot used. Help!!!
